I don’t understand what the $16 miscellaneous charge was for, I don’t feel like my coupon was applied properly that I brought in as I was told I’d get 15% off my service and then I was also going to get an additional 5% too but only got 5% off total when it should have been 15%. Also when I texted with questions about whether my tire rotation was actually done (invoice said “if needed” all over it) I didn’t receive a response. Chuck was great but I feel like **** Hannah’s fees are exorbitant and even worse when coupons aren’t applied properly and savings ends up being the same as a mysterious “miscellaneous charge”. So I basically saved nothing.
