Did not wash car like you usually do. Said brakes failed, but on the additional sheet it indicated that the brakes and the system all were ok (green). It seems like this was an attempt to sell something not needed.

I'm angry with myself for letting Michelle not honor an agreement made one day before by Jerry, and originally. My truck was already sent to Nissan by Honda(.you) before I bought it so I don't appreciate being told there's no way for Honda to interact with Nissan concerning my truck. I'm very upset with myself for letting this happen to me

I can’t believe how painless this was! Thank you, Michele, for such a seamless process. Very polite, very attentive, and friendly, and just made the whole “my car is gonna die if it doesn’t get an oil change!” thing so much easier.
