Poor feedback, failed to call me when promised, put me on hold several times and gave me no information and only told me I would get a call and never did. day my car was supposed to be done, repair was late and my service writer was not even working and no one took her place. Will not get my business again.

You have sent me multiple surveys now that I have attempted to answer. Ever time I have a question that is N A, survey REFUSED to accept my input and freezes up the survey. Stop wasting my time with crap surveys that do not accept my correct answers and force incorrect responses. And limit these to 5 questions, that tells you everything you need, I’m not writing you a novel every time you send me an email.
