They told me when I got there they could fix a warranty problem at the same time, but then realized one of the seats was out of the van so they couldn’t fix it. Would have been nice to know they needed the seat before hand. I could’ve easily brought it I’d i knew.

Didnt wash or vacuum my car, then when I noticed and came back just gave me a gift car to do myself. Not sure the service is worth it if I have to wash my own car now. Lots of other oil change places do this for you. Lame budget cut. You cut customer satisfaction.

Not realizing the service center was closed on Sunday, I showed up to pick up my completed vehicle only to be told that they were closed and no one could help me. That is until Alex overheard and said he was willing to help! I paid my bill using the online app and he handed me my keys. I cannot thank Alex enough. I've had some really crappy experiences at **** Hannah, and honestly if it hadn't been for the Tires for Life program, I would've stopped using **** Hannah a long time ago. Alex helped restore a little bit of trust back. Thank you.

Jerry did not listen to what I had to say and he pretty much dismissed everything I was trying to tell him. He made several smart a.. comments to me. I will refuse to let him help me or my family in the future. I noticed he was a service manager. He needs to work on his customer service skills.
