Took in for tire repair and Check to see if problem with sliding door was covered under warranty. Was told tire had nail couldn’t be plugged. Cost for new tire was $164. Asked if they had checked that I bought tires from **** Hannah and it should be covered under warranty. Representative got back to me and said it was covered but would take 24 hrs to get tire and make sure warranty was good. Since this was Friday, warranty and tire shipper closed on Friday so didn’t get car back until Monday!! Asked about sliding door and was told $135 to check it out and if not warranty I would have to pay for troubleshooting. Told representative to just forget. Taken van to **** Hannah for 6 years. Service had been excellent. This time service was sub par

I understand that you are a Honda dealership but I came in Thursday 8/23/18 and made an appointment for my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman to have services done. Seat belt warning, usb syncing (which I figured out on my own) and have the windshield wipers replaced due to driver side wiper wasn’t clearing the window. My appointment was scheduled for Monday 8/27 and I left the vehicle and returned for pick up the next day 8/28. When I retrieved my vehicle I realized the wipers had not been changed out and now I have to return on Tuesday the 9/4. Frustrated

Jerry was wonderful, an asset to your team. I arrived earlier than scheduled, but Jerry was gracious and accommodating. Jerry explained services needed and was incredibly understanding of my schedule. I hope to work with Jerry Reynolds again.

The service was way over the original estimate of 512.11 dated 8-17-18. The service actually came out to be about 688. I have misplaced the invoice. That is a huge difference. Not happy with this

I have bought three honda’s at **** Hannah I’ve been having my cars serviced there for 10 years and the service has always been excellent . Unfortunately with Sierra that communication And follow through was not good I had to constantly be the one to call her and check in on the process of getting my new tires through the tires for life program I would prefer to work with another advisor in the future
