Always good and timely service
From beginning to the time I picked up my vehicle everyone one was super lovely! The only complaint was that I was mailed over $150.00 in coupons and was under the impression I’d be able to use at least two of them. Sort of felt like it was not completely spelled out to me until I saw the extra work that needed to be done and paid my bill. Felt like it was a “ploy” to get me in. But other than that- the service rep and everyone else was fantastic!
I chose to have my service done with Shawn because he has been extremely helpful even when I was scheduled with someone else. He exceeded expectations again!
Did everything I asked. Very polite. Omar and Leslie is the reason I will be coming back. Thank you
P.S. Managment should recognize these two for outstanding customer service.

Crystal provided me with excellent service from the second I first walked in to when I was driving out of the lot. You can tell she likes her job because it shows in the kind of genuine kindness she gave me that you just can’t fake.

There are things that have change that were great . Ie being able to select types of services when you made an apt online. It’s nice to know beforehand what the codes are so you can figure out what you need done vs going in and finding out there. Also car wash and vacuum on site.
I was treated nicely and she kept me informed as things progressed
It was 99% great. Jerry very helpful. The only reason I clicked "no" is that I didn't get the car wash card.
