Allie was not the original service manager assigned to me when I made the appointment but due to that employee being absent that day, Allie took over and frankly I couldn’t have been happier. She walked through all of my concerns and noted them well for the techs. She kept me updated on progress of the maintenance and provided great follow through for a few issues that came up along the way. I will be sure to ask to work with Allie for future appointments at **** Hannah Honda.
Good customer service skills
Coupon was lost. Wrong price charged. I did not receive Texts or emails regarding pre-authorization for issues found. Issues were not taken care of. I verified with service tech Chuck that the messages were never received. He said I would have to return to have those items addressed. It takes a lot of time and effort tonshedule an appointment and get the vehicle there. This was not appreciated.
A big change since the last time I was there. I was prepared to not have a good experience but I did. Thank you to Chuck.
