Che has always been great every time I'm in to get my car serviced. He listens to what my concerns are and explains what services will be done on my car. He communicates well and gives an accurate timeline in which my car would be ready. I will only come to **** Hannah Honda and Che to get my car serviced even though I live more than 40 miles away now. Thank you Che!

LOVE the Lyft Concierge service. Thank you for recognizing that my time is valuable. I love that I don’t need to wait for a shuttle or ride all over Clark County so I can be the last drop-off. Seriously I will be a customer for life and pay a bit more to have this service. Also greatly appreciate not being pressured into uncharged services (I’m looking at you, Jiffy Lube, you criminally pushy people) and I like that DH acts like my long term loyalty is worth more than today’s dollar.

Hannah was wonderful..my complaint is about **** Hannah Honda. I had a nail in my tire, so I came in because my warranty was supposed to cover flat tire repair. They looked at my tire and told me it couldn't be patched because it was too close to the edge of the tire. They said I'd need to replace it for $120. So I took it to les Schwab and they repaired it for free in less than an hour. Again , Hannah was wonderful and accommodating and I know she was just the messenger, but I'm really disappointed in my experience at **** hannah

Hannah was wonderful. She was helpful and informative. I was not in the best mood when I discovered the appointment I thought I made online did not show up. She approached me with a smile and help me with getting my car serviced. By the time she showed me to the waiting room my mood was turned around. Thank you for employing a genuine person to help your customers.
