I went in for ur black Friday special of $19.49. It cost me $27.49. He almost charged me $72.51. I don't know the labor tax amount. But from $19 to $27 I wasn't happy.

Didn’t hear back for a month, Honda US sent info to our local representative 4 times. Also, would have been nice if when contacted when Jeeep service was completed if info was already obtained about how much the repairs would cost for the items that were not covered by warranty work. (In our case, the SRS light and related system)
