I was told when I arrived that I wan in need to a update for my electric stud?? And it would take 4 hours and couldnt be done at this visit. Would have been good info prior and an option of another day appointment to get it all done at once. Nor was I remeined about it at end of my service to set it up. It was the first time I had brought my car in. ( just bought it. Would have been help to talk with service person to see if I had any question/concerns with new car. Otherwise service was done timely and woman who assisted was very nice.

I've never paid more than $150 and wasn't aware of costs, etc until check out(OR resident & still charged taxes!). I felt very out of the loop this time around.

My service advisor was great, but when I got into the car the oil gauge percent had not been reset and there was no coupon to wash the car.
He fit me in even though I messed up my appointment and didn't have one. He was extremely nice and professional.
