The service today was great. My only concern is that the last two times I have come in, my vehicle has been noted as “failed” for two services that I have had done within the recommended mileage and/or duration. I have received no info about why my transmission fluid (done 15k miles ago) and power steering fluid (done 12 months ago) have both come back with a “fail,” but am concerned that you are trying to take advantage and add services that I don’t actually need. The same “failed” checks were recommended last year. Is there a genuine reason my vehicle is needing to have fluids changed more frequently than the Honda recommendations? If not, why are you not checking my vehicle service record before making service recommendations?

Bummer that I needed to come at alll. Unfortunate that there are no parts in Portland but Jerry was a real pleasure to deal with. Situation stinks as a whole but Jerry helped the experience by making the service portion of the inconvenience very pleasant. Thanks again DH.
