Car done saw come back onto where you drop off. No one called me. I had to ask if it was done. The in take person was at lunch. First the person said it was being finished then said it was outside. 2 hours for a oil change. Ite items on the print out not understandable.

You have made great changes in your service department from 2 to 3 years ago. I had quit using **** hannah because of the poor service and poor workmanship ftom the mechanics. This experience was good and may change my opinion of **** hannah. Che dud a great job explaining everthing. I also like the text updates on the service.

I feel it was misleading to be told it would take 6 hours to have the airbag recall completed yet it was done in under three hours AND there was time to do what appears to have been a full vehicle inspection. Of course, the car ended up being there for this six hours plus more, but if that extra time needed is for potential “further work” that might be required, that should be explained. Three hours is only half a workday for someone who made plans based on the belief that it would be best to take the whole day off work rather than half the day. Every Honda Fit should take the same amount of time to service the recall so realistically, customers should be told how long it will take and my guess is less than 2.5 hours. If your preference is to have the vehicle for six hours, in case something comes up that needs work that would requirei more time, then state that at the outset.

I was in months ago to fix a leaky tire, you told me there was nothing wrong with my tire. But it continued to have a slow leak so I brought it back in. You found the nail this time but you won't fix it now since I am beyond my tread limit. I have had such a horrible time with your service center that o won't buy a honda again.
The only unfortunate thing was at pickup all the lights were on again. I had to leave the car. Thankfully you were able to get me and my family in a loaner car.
3 hours for an oil change that was scheduled ahead of time is way too long. Coupon price of $34.95 is not low enough to justify having to get the Lyft ride home and my own ride back as we live in an outer area. Would much prefer to wait an hour to hour and 1/2 than waste so much of my day.
The driver side aire bag is good but is not connected didn't ask me if some one did something to it the people come over to fix it Frome Seattle Honda thay do something to it.
Work was done when he said and for how much quoted. Will be back when the next repair is needed.
Communication was great and all staff was very friendly.
