While the service took a lot longer than initially expected, the service manager made up for it by comping the two brake lights that were out, so I left there with good feelings about **** Hannah Honda.
I was satisfied because I can adapt. Due to the number of techs being short by seven, my car took two days to do motor mounts and the starter. I had made an appointment, yet got set on the back burner because of the low number of techs. Honda played for a rental for me, which was helpful. If Honda would make more effective motor mounts for 2005 Odysseys, it would also help. This is the third time I have had to have the motor mounts replaced. But that isn't a service thing. Service was friendly, understanding, and helpful.
