One frustration: when my wife called to make appointment, she was told it would take an hour. When I arrived the woman that checked me in said it would take 4 hours. We had to scramble to adjust our schedules. Especially for a factory recall, where you know exactly the work to be done, I don’t see any reason you can’t get your story straight. You should be able to do better.
