Very polite.Gave me the information I needed for future services. Had a great breakfast at the deli ,as usual, and was out to go to work on time.
I had to bring my car in 3 times b4 the service dept was able to discover and correct the problem. It was a routine maintenance. I've hhad the car in several times and the type of service needed was never brought to my attention. There is more to service than selling tires and oil changes. I'm not sure if I will ever return still weighing my options but I have never been given worse service. Yes eventually the car was fixed but what a hassle to reach that conclusion.
I was completely satisfied with **** Hannah service. Thank you Jeff, you did excellent job, very professional. Anyway I’m very very disappointed with quality of Honda vehicle it’s self. Personally I can’t rely on Honda-car anymore and definitely I will not recommend this car to my friends.
I was told i had to pay 137.5 to get my factory recalled airbag fixed, what the 137 actually went to is checking to see if it could be fixed which was a total scam
Chuck was very personable and made sure that every one of our concerns were met. We will be coming to him for all our future needs and services regarding our Odyssey.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Chuck! Today was a terribly stressful day after waking up to a dead battery for the third time in recent months. I knew something was wrong. After much coordinating, I came in, very anxious, and Chuck immediately put me at ease and assured me I would get taken care of. He checked in frequently, was kind, and he got me in and out far sooner than I thought! I am always impressed with your team, but Chuck was incredible. I’ll be back next month for the other suggested services (which Chuck also outlined and priced for me!).

I brought the car in due to a vibration in the engine upon acceleration. I was told several people drove the car but couldn’t reproduce the sound, even though I heard it each of the 5 times I drove it since it first started making the noise. I picked up the car and recorded the noise on my phone, so I will bring it back in the morning. It’s quite a loud vibration so I’m not sure why no one could hear it.
I was told all my fluids were topped off. But it wasn’t. My check washer fluid came on before I left. They had to fill it up completely. My car was supposed to be done, as I was about to leave. The guy came out to change my wiper blades, I thought it was done already.
