I had a pretty tough experience yesterday, no fault of the folks I worked with however. Initially I was working with Tyler who probably could have let me know that he was leaving and that Hannah would be taking over. Beyond that, Hannah was doing a great job of keeping her cool while her computer refused to work. I felt really bad for her. That said, I know technology can be a pain, but it seemed like this was not a one of scenario and I would highly recommend ensuring that your team has the right tools (up to date) to ensure they can deliver the service they do obviously want to. What should have been a max 1.5 hour scenario turned into nearly 3 hours. Better luck next time?

Amazing work and the time was perfect. They checked me in within 5 minutes of arriving, and they finished my vehicle very quickly. I appreciate how kind they were in making sure I understand everything that they were going to do my vehicle, which is very important to me.
Helped me out in an emergency
Jeff was great. Everything fell apart when it was his day off the day after I dropped off my car. I called multiple times throughout the day today requesting an update on my car. Every time I called, no one could find the person in charge of my car. Every time I called they said they would have someone call me back. Hours went by with no call, so I would call again just to receive the same response. My husband even tried calling, but got no where as well. **** that I am hesitant to bring my car here again.
When I told your on Service writer(Leslie Puryear) on 11-27-19 about my last visit and that your Honda technician had not reset the oil life indicator. her condescending attitude and response was so what. I own a 2012 Honda Fit
and a 2002 Honda Accord I brought my cars in to your dealership for reliable work and courteous service. Since you have failed to provide both I will not be returning customer . Thank you
Austin and the entire Management and Staff were extremely helpful, courteous knowledgeable, professional and provided a 5Star CUSTOMER SERVICE and lived up to their word of “We Believe in Nice”. During my ordeal they even provided me with a Loaner without any questions and got me going within minutes! Jerry is who I would say exemplifies what customer service should be. He was truly amazing! His ability to explain what is going on with my car and really break it down to simple terminology is huge for some people like myself who don’t know a lot about the inner workings of automobiles. Jeff Munson is by far the best customer service rep, and person you have out of all the employees we have experienced there at the Service Dept.
