Jerry told me it would be about 2 hours. Normal I get at least once update during a service, but this time after 2 hours and no update, I had to go to him to find out where we were in the process. Despite finding he had my paperwork on his desk, I had to wait another 35 minutes for him to come get me to finish and leave. I don't appreciate being made to wait longer than necessary, and even less to do so with no updates or explanations.

Jerry was very informative and I asked for full Synthetic. I asked who manufactures Honda’s oil and he answered all my questions. However there seems to be some conjecture among other People working there on who does manufacture your oil for Honda. If someone could find out that would be great, Mobil 1, Motul, Castro’s and the list goes on. I like Jerry’s answer. Great personality!!

Honda rejected to take care of my brake issues . At 19000 mi brakes wear out so bad that it starts shaking really hard when you apply brakes . Been told warranty doesn’t cover any pars or repair of this matter . So disappointed .

I had to make an emergency next-day appointment and had no trouble getting in. Shawn was responsive and professional. I waited for my new battery to be installed and was in and out in about 90 minutes. I am very pleased with the service start-to-finish.

The staff was friendly as always! But the communication this time was not good. I had an appointment set for 11:45 and granted, I pulled into the service bay a few minutes early, but no one came to my window to greet me. I sat in the car with the windows down for several minutes before getting out and asking what I should do. Someone was then sent over to check me in. I was then quoted 1 hour and 15 minutes for my oil change. I walked across the street to window shop, figuring that an hour wasn’t much time to burn. Around 1pm, I started to head back. On the walk back, I got a phone call and was informed that my car would be ready for pickup around 2pm. This put the service time at 2 hrs and 15 minutes (almost double the quoted amount of time.) No reason was given for this delay. I arrived back at the service center around 1:20 (since I had originally been expecting the service to be complete by then) and sat in the waiting room until 2:30. I had not received a call or text or anything to let me know that the service was completed. At this point, I went back out to the desk to ask what the ETA would be and was informed that the car had been ready for quite some time. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I’m definitely considering going elsewhere for my next oil change to compare service.

cierra was phenomenal! She got us in for service and helped to get all the little things that needed attention completed as well. She was so friendly and attentive to the schedule I needed to keep with my daughters also. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were treated well and I was able to save money too. Thank you Cierra!
