Great experience. Wasn’t sure I could make it work to get all my services done and get my flat fixed. I was on a tight schedule and was ready to expect to reschedule my scheduled service so I could make it to some meetings I couldn’t reschedule. Shawn was personable and friendly. He arranged a loaner car and I was out in 15 minutes. It was probably a small gesture on his part but some of the smallest gestures really mean a lot. I’m juggling a family, full time job and sister with stage 4 cancer. Just getting it all taken care of at one time meant a lot as now it’s one less thing I need to worry about.

I felt rushed out of the service department and was given someone else's paperwork. I asked to make sure that someone check the electric battery and it was not mentioned in my notes that it was checked.
The "check service" notice was not updated after servicing my car... So were all the services completed?
