My only input is, tires were not correct and tge correct ones had to be picked up after I arrived For my appt. adding an hour to the repair time. Is there a way this can be checked before the appt to asure timeliness? Austin offered a loaner car, it was my choice to wait. Just some input, it doesn't affect my experience. I had the day off so didn't need to be anywhere.

Today was a disaster! After scanning my car in, I was told that there were two over due maintenance services. One was due at 40K miles and one at 70K miles (my car is at 80k miles.) A service was over 40K miles overdue! I have always brought my car to **** Hanna Honda for every service! Always, why at 80K miles am I just being notified of this. Also, The second service reccommended was a service That is NOT applicable for my car. A power steering flush and flll for an electric steering car. I thought taking my car to the dealer (and paying a little more for that) would ensure that I was not going to be swindled by crooks looking to take advantage of me. I guess I am wrong. If this is the new business model for DH, I may no longer be a loyal customer. I am really disappointed.
