Excellent service from the moment I drove up... hot coffee in the waiting area...finished 30 min faster than stated...Darin gave me a few recommendations and a small overview of my vehicles maintenance alert system... free car wash coupon at the end. All I had done was a safety recall and I was treated like a customer buying an expensive vehicle. I could also tell that everyone else was nice too. Very happy! Thank you!

The problem with my off center steering wheel is not fixed! Very unhappy that the technician did not fix my concern. It is still clocked off to the left when driving on a flat straight road surface.

I already spoke with Darrin about it today by phone. Could not tell if tires were rotated or not and why. Documentation re tires and brakes suggested to me that things were not really checked carefully. He explained that it was done to standards...fine. But it could be better. Otherwise it was a good price and Darrin was pleasant and the wait was ok.
