Shawn is an outstanding Technician! He listens to and cares about the customer, he gets it right the first time, as far as what the client wants done, and is happy to explain features of a car that a client may have questions about. Awesome customer service at this location. Allie answered all my questions and kept me updated in real time. It was convinent getting the Lyft rides Def worth it to come here. Just wished I knew better and bought my Honda Civic here

I was sent an email with a coupon about my car. I even called and made an appointment about the coupon that I received. When I went in to have my service done, I find out that the coupon Doesn’t pertain to my car.I ended up having to pay twice the amount I thought I was going to pay for my service.

One little thing. It wasn't anyone's fault but maybe a system glitch. The quoted labor was off 220.00. I'm on social security and that's a huge difference. I wasn't prepared for the amount of time or cost. Might want to check into it

Upon driving the car home I noticed that I now have a shimming in the steering wheel that was not present prior to my appointment . I’m wondering if the tires were rotated even though I specifically requested that this not be done??? I told Leslie that Les Schwab had rotated , realigned, and balanced the tires recently they also indicated that all tires were in good condition and did not need replacing.
