The car was originally supposed to be done Wednesday or Thursday. Then it was Tuesday or Wednesday. Then it was Thursday. It was done Friday about noon. They had it s full week. The loaner car was uncomfortable and hurt my back. The other problem was the repair was a $180 part. With labor, the cost was $1086! Over half of the labor was diagnosis. They should have checked with the Tech Line sooner. I shouldn’t have to pay a fortune because the Tech couldn’t figure out the problem.
Che gave us excellent service and was very courteous. He also went out of his way for a request.

Didn’t have same technician throughout my service. The guy who closed me out didn’t have awareness of services provided. While he provided many apologies, as a first timer I felt pretty awkward. The receipt attached the email is blank. Wondering if I can get another.
