I was told that there was no charge but had to pay $166.00. i was told the reason for that was that was for a diagnostic charge for looking into the problem. Was not aware of that while talking on the phone. Felt it was a little sneaky to throw that in at the last minute. However, It wasn't Allie who had finished up my paperwork, it was another girl. I don't remember her name. Allie was wonderful. Very pleasant.

I discovered upon reading my invoice that because I declined some recommended maintenance that I "understand" I "will no longer receive any loyalty rewards program benefits." Hey, I was not aware I had these benefits in the first place and, second, I was not told I would lose these benefits I didn't know I had. Huh? And I was also told I could not get some services performed that I might want done. Like removing the cabin air filter which I consider a useless item. In 62 years of driving, I never had one before. Why now?

Sean has been my Service manager for the five years that I have owned my Honda. I have been very happy with him. He is always courteous and I feel I can trust what he recommends for my car.
No one contacted me when my vehicle was ready. After a half an hour beyond the time that I was told it would be ready I went out to ask about it and the paperwork was just sitting there. My service advisor have not even looked it over.
Jerry Reynolds actually did fine. The reason why I wasn't completely satisfied is because it took 2 hours to get an oil change done when it should have taken an hour or so. Not happy about this.
