Travis did an excellent job with working around my schedule. He was able to get me right in. Took care of what I came there for and informed me what I needed. Very professional, fast, and courteous.

My service was fast and friendly. The service itself was excellent, but they have become WAY over the top with “add ins”, the calls and repeated texts! Reminds me of Jiffy Lube, and not in a good way.
They did a great job on my f 150 just took them one day to fix the problem everything was done well

I requested to speak with the serviceman concerning questions I had before my car was ready.I was informed I couldn't go into the service area, no problem, understand. When my car was ready I asked again to speak to serviceman. I was informed what adjustments were made and to check car and then if I had questions to come back. After checking I came back to ask questions with serviceman. I was informed I will have to wait for supervisor who is busy with a computer issue. I waited from 10:35 until 1145. Then the supervisor had brought another car for me to compare sound systems. I had questions to be answered not a complaint requiring me to wait over an hour verses leaving at 10:35 when car was complete. I left at 12:05 with questions answered.

The gentleman at the counter was very personable and helpful. I appreciated his taking the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He also took the time to walk out to my car with me to explain how one of the light features worked of which I was unaware. A very nice start to my morning.
Everything was great as always!
I stated clearly several times I had an appointment but the person helping me tried to get me to make another appointment. Then she tried to upsell me tire rotation services without acknowledging that I bought my tires at this shop and was told rotation was free. Additionally my car sat in front of the shop, done for almost 20 minutes before I was called up to pay. I watched staff joke, play on their phones, retrieve an energy drink and other non customer service things. Additionally there were multiple times the staff coalizdd their inability to use the computer and problem solve when things happen. It's the first time I have ever been disappointed at Gary Crossley.
They’ve always done a good job and keep me informed. Wouldn’t mind a car wash though. :)
The service was above and beyond.
