Ivy is an incredible asset for your firm. Knowledgeable. Service oriented. She is a star. Don’t lose her. I had an odd unrelated circumstance that occurred after I was there and she was focused on helping me solve it even though it was coincidental at best
The only thing I found odd was I left the quick lane manager a message to tell him this very thing and my call was never returned. Thought that was odd.
As always the entire team at Quick Lane where I started. Then to the body shop to schedule some work. Then to regular service for Power Steering repairs. All were totally professional accurate with bidding and finishing on time. Only people allow to work on my F150.
I reported to Tyler about a noise in the engine area on Thursday around 1700. He was actually booked up until next week but saw there was s potential danger of being stranded somewhere so he had me drop it off at 0800 on Friday to at least do a check and maybe repair if it was not very bad. He was able to check and do an expediate repair so I would have no worry’s. An outstanding job showing pride and professionalism as well as caring for customers well being. I highly recommend him and the Crossley service department for repair work.
Joe was able to get an answer for the issue my car was having and got the staff to resolve it quickly. All without an appointment. He was super professional and helpful!!
David did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress of the repair of my truck.
