Ivy was very helpful. She called with info about additional things that were discovered. She also arranged for, and had completed an estimate for body work. All this was done even before the hour time she thought just the oil change would take. Kudos to her.

I had made an appointment for Monday and arranged a rental, my car was never looked at till late Wednesday afternoon, part arrived Thursday mid morning and again my car wasn't touched till Friday morning. I had to refuel the rental before returning it when I could have been driving my car until the part arrived. Each day I had to call to find out what was the status, no one called me till Friday at noon when it was done. I want reimbursemented for gas because I had to fill the rental and then my car too after picking it up.
