Cost of oil change for my F350 was considerably more costly than I am used to paying at my home dealership, but I always like coming to you all when I travel this way. Excellent customer service!
First of all, the car was towed to your dealer ship on July 3, 2018 & it was determined the battery was no good. A new one was installed and on July 5, 2018, we were notified to pick the vehicle up as it was all repaired. We followed instructions & drove our other vehicle there to do so. Upon returning to our home & when placing the transmission in park, a message alerted that the transmission was not in park, although it was. Our question is why wasn't that problem detected prior to us being told the vehicle was all repaired & to come pick it up? Also, the dash settings were not even placed back including the clock. On July 9, a new part of the shift problem was installed & at this time, July 10, all seems to be working satisfactory.
On another concern why was the labor cost for installing the new battery so extreme?
We would appreciate your explanation concerning the above.

Well lets see this time i was told the car would be ready in 4 days but you had it for 10 days so i thought everything would be fixed nope the window tint did not get fixed like it was supposed to. The paint chip on door looks worse now than it did looks like you just put a blob of paint on it and left it like that and the car still jerks whenever i slow down. Not sure whats going on at gary crossley ford but its not good and wont recommend you to anyone

Better than I expected. I was told over the phone there weren't any appointments available but I could walk in and have a long wait time. I took my chances and I was happily surprised! I was in and out in about 45 minutes! I actually got my Sat morning back!
I went to pick up my vehicle after being told that it had been fixed and was ready to be picked up only to find that when I started it, the issue in fact was not fixed. Very dissatisfied and left my car there again over the weekend to hopefully be fixed “again” next week.
I was shown the filters in my car furing my tecemt visit to het my oil change. Although they needed to be changed, i was not pressured to purchase new filters.
