John at QuickLane took the extra steps and communicated with the necessary people to get my discrepancy taken care of with the brake lining. Documentation from prior events didn’t match the report that was given this morning. So, I appreciate him getting it right so I know where my vehicle stands. Thank you!!!

I had scheduled recall repair in advance. Arranged for a loaner vehicle. Was very clear on my timing and schedule, when making the appt. and when arriving for the appt. I dropped off at 8:30 a.m. was told service would take 2hrs or less. I told the service personnel I was going to an appt that morning and would be back late morning. Likely after 11 a.m.. Was told this was no problem. Showed up at 11:15 a.m. and my truck had not been touched. This disrupted my entire day. Had the service dept delivered as discussed & scheduled, no problem. Further, I had my oil changed at a non-dealer location. When the quick release oil pan plug was removed, the O-Ring was split, needing replacement. The Oil change company was kind enough to replace the plug and ring at no charge. When I came to the service dept I asked the for a in-warranty replacement of that part. I was told you could not replace the $1.50 part because it was not serviced at the dealership. That is a load of crap. I spend north of $40k and you can't replace a $1.50 part!!! Common sense and decency is not on display at Gary Crossley.

Charged just to pull off a piece that was already dang near off anyway.. a couple of tugs and I could have done it myself.. Ridiculous
