I chose not to fix my car at this time, since the a/c isn't completely necessary, and I didn't want to spend that amount on my car right now. David explained the problem, and was very courteous. I've never been dissatisfied with my service.

When I got in my car I found grease on my seats and on my floor mats. Several grease spots on the outside of my car as well.

The people in quick lube don't help customers fast enough and text on their phones instead of making sure customers are taken care of

Tyler stout was great help. Except the work performed on my car was poorly done. The door panels were poorly assembled. Unfortunately not satisfied, have to make a second appointment to fix my door panels...

Service was very timely and complete. The only thing I was unhappy with was my AC vent were adjusted from where they are normally positioned and my seat was repositioned. Even the driver memory buttons were cleared. Not sure why?? It would be nice to get back in car and things are the same as when it went in.
