Quick lane is advertised as no appt needed. Went in a couple days ago and was told I'd need to make an appointment later in the week. So which is it? I'm ok with making an appointment but don't advertise on your website and on the wall of the store no appt needed if that's not reality. It just wasted my time coming twice.
Also assumed my car would be washed and vacuumed but that didn't happen either.

Two of my concerns were NPF- one is dependent upon an ambient temperature of under 45, but the other concern is in driveability. Neither were logged in OBD, so neither could be repaired.
Overall great job on service and communication when service was completed.
They checked our battery quickly and it was bad. They gave us a ride home which I thought was great service. To offer this service is what makes them stand out above the rest of the dealerships.
It took your tech 2 hours to do a tire repair , one tire replace and change my oil. I was not happy. I was the very first person in the shop this morning. I could have went to tired plus and had four new ones put on in a hour. Will make me think twice before I ever go there for any tire related issues again.
