Took to long even though I had an appointment. Had to turn around and come back because my maintenance service light was still on and they forget to put in the window when my next oil change will be. The overall staff was nice, but it just took to long to get a oil change with an appointment!!

Scott was polite, knowledgeable, accurate in judging the timeframe involved, helpful in getting the car out so that I could drive it out of the dealership, very informative. I have nothing negative to say about this visit. I am very satisfied with the service department Michael Jordan Nissan.
