The guy who helped me was amazing. I was more upset ab the price of the service. I haven't received anything in the mail since the last time I got a service with this dealership- wanting me to come back and do business with them- on the lot or in the service dept. I have recently moved from where I purchased the car brand new, don Williamson Nissan in Jacksonville, NC, and I still get emails from them offering services at a discounted rate- Or just making sure I am still satisfied wkend my Nissan. I genuinely appreciate their effort to have me back as a customer- even if only for an oil change. Michael Jordan Nissan hasn't offered me anything but a $70 oil change and tire rotation. Which I gladly paid for- however, I am considering taking my car back to Don Williamson for further service. I feel like they appreciate my business more than anything.

Very upset with experience. Problem was not fixed. We were solicited in the parking lot by a Nissan worker to help stop track to help him back his transfer truck that dropped Nissan cars off after which we locked are car up and had to drive home to get a spar key. The original issue we came for was not addressed and the Nissan continues to have issues!!! Just displeased with the experience. Will go to Raleigh. In all fairness lady who checked us in and lady we paid were very nice and fair.

The quote to fix the oil leak problem was $1900. I shopped around and most other repair shops quoted $450-600 to fix the problem as described by your inspection report.
