It took an hour and a half to get my oil changed and ties rotated. That is the speed and kind of service I expected when I go to Wal-Mart. I expected a little better service. I wss told they spent a lot of time looking for windshield wiper replacements. I don't understand why I was not just told that you didn't have any in stock and I get them done next time, which is eventually what happened anyway, once I had sat there and gotten mad already.

The maintenance team was able to get my car in and repaired on short notice. We appreciated that very much. We have a nephew wounded in Afghanistan that is being presented a house by the Wounded Warriors program. We told him and his family we would be there to help out getting them moved in. Found problem with vehicle but they said there currently no fix but according gm website there was test and a corrective step that was not even performed. Service department should be more up to date.
