The 40 diagnostic fee that I paid was a waste of money. I was told that my alternator was fine and my battery was bad. I bought and installed a new battery and the same problem existed. I returned and was told that it was probably my alternator but they could not be sure. I knew that when I originally came in. I was given a quote for 488 just for an alternator. I bought it at a local parts store instead for under 300 and installed it myself. Problem solved on my own. I will not be returning to Ultimate anytime soon. I gained no value from the time or money that I spent at your facility.
Well I left my truck there at 10am they said they would run a diagnostics test on it at noon I called them at 2pm they said they wasn't done with it then they call me at 4 pm said there wasn't any thing they could do with it because Dodge has been having problems with the Cadilac inverters on the new dodges so I need to wait for dodge to make new ones but I know that it don't take that long to do the test they could have told me at 2 so I could have went over and got the truck so I wouldn't have drove back down the today to get the truck
He was super nice and let me know when my car was ready and then went over everything with me. Great service.

Travis and all the service people are great! The tech that did our oil change noted a potential problem, got it setup for check/repair and fast courteous service as always. A pleasure to have all our maintenance needs handled at Ultimate.
