Dani was superb in the way he handled my situation and explained everything to a T! He even went the extra mile and put the final touches to my Ridgeline.
Kevin took responsibility for a time issue and was completely professional and courteous. He solved the problem by not charging me for my oil change since it took nearly 2 hours and I was not informed of the delay
Dan was great. Very quick and to the point. Allowed me to make my decision about the recommended maintenance without being pressured. Oil change was done within an hour...not bad considering the amount of customers that were waiting. Of course I’m coming back...all the service reps are top notch!

asked for car wash- but car wash forgot to wash the back. They also removed our carseats put in trunk and not put back. And left the car interior full of debris unvaccumed.

I had brought in a 10% off coupon for my oil change and showed it up front before the service was completed. When I went to pay I asked if the discount was included, I was told yes, then charged my card. Once the transaction went through, Daniel proceeded to tell me it didn’t include the discount. He gave me a hand written card for a free oil change next time I come in but the point is that I don’t have the money at this point to be spending and $55 for an oil change is absurd.
The fuel mileage has not improved still only getting 24.5 mpg since this latest fix. Before all of this started I was getting 28 to 30 mpg. I would like to know how this will be fixed
