Alexandra was great, very kind and professional. I would like Honda to offer to fix the busted oil pan cover since the vehicle is CPO from this dealer, and seems to be a known problem part according to a lot of forums online. There was no point of impact, and I wasnt given an explanation as to why the part failed,

He was very courteous and he explained exactly what the problem was with my car. I did not get his text messages on the car because they were sent to my spam in error. Otherwise he did let me know in a timely manner, the status on my car.
