Alex first told me the charge would be $60. When I mentioned our service plan, she revisited her computer and discovered it after a couple of screen changes. Would a less aware customer have been overcharged due to her oversight? The experience left me uncomfortable.

The service advisor who checked me in, the woman, was great. She acknowledged me and directed me on where to go. The man that checked me out after the service was finished did not even look up at me or acknowledge that I was standing there at all. It became clear to me that he was working on my stuff when he looked up after a few minutes and said my name. He had the price incorrect, I was quoted $240 for an oil change and coolant flush, which is quite high, and I had the 25% off coupon. The final price was $208. After some quick math, I recognized this couldn't be correct and questioned the price. He stated there were supply charges or something like that. Then he looked at something and walked away without really saying anything. He went to an office nearby and another few minutes came back with a price of approximately $180. I thanked him for checking. Overall, I know this coronavirus time is stressful for all. I am a nurse and understand that anyone facing the public daily is probably a little scared and stressed. However, I feel that the communication and friendliness could have been much better. Simple things like looking up from the computer and saying "just a moment please" to acknowledge I was standing there, goes a long way. Also, everyone really should be wearing a mask during these times. Especially individuals who are interacting with the public. Thank you for continuing to be available to maintain my vehicle during these times.
