I really appreciate what Marty did for me he got the front wheel bearing taken care of he also got my fuel injectors Replaced for me under warranty I drove the car just a little bit today but I do not hear the noise that we are hearing before in the front end once my wife drives it tomorrow I will let Marty know if she has any more issues with the sound thanks Marty

The service and staff were great as far as the customer service I received day of.
However, when I called to schedule I told the person I spoke with that I would need a loaner vehicle. I was not made aware of the rental policy.
I brought my two children without a diaper bag or any “supplies” as we live about 10-15 minutes from Honda. The gentleman who helped me said a rental was not indicated on my notes for service. It didn’t end up being a problem because a vehicle was available.
However, being charged for a rental when I took it home and back and had for about an hour and a half is ridiculous. We have used Honda Service Centers for anything from major repairs to oil changes and never, in the 8 years I have had my vehicle and the many different centers we have used, have I ever been charged for a loaner. Upon checking out I asked if this was standard and was told this location does not have a loaner program. I feel this takes advantage of people and their situation. I couldn’t imagine sitting and waiting for over an hour and a half with a 3 and almost 1 year old for service.
