Stated there was an issue with the tire pressure sensor and as soon as I picked up the vehicle and drove the tire pressure alert went off after they “inspected” the vehicle and rotated the tires

Very quick. My service consultant was very friendly and understanding. I believe his name was Steve or Stan? I think something with an S. I'm sorry that I don't remember. A gentleman with a gray beard. He was awesome. I'll be coming back just because of his awesome service.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful but something hit and scratch the passenger side mirror and the front panel also have a scratch. It was documented.

Kevin did a great job taking my car in and making sure things were done that last time was not. The recall with back up camera was also replaced. But better service this time than last two.

I believe that they didn’t try to find the part for my car to be able to fix it. I’m sure I could order the component for my 1999 Acura integra from autozone or something and then have it repaired for much cheaper anywhere else. It seemed like they didn’t want me as a customer because they mentioned how they only have the resources for newer models and let me go. I guess My car was too old and ugly to be fixed up by such a “prestigious” establishment. Now I have to drive in the cold snow with my driver side window in my door. Hopefully I don’t get sick. They didn’t even direct me to the places I needed to go to. They said to try Acura locations and apologized that they couldn’t help me. They said there is literally nothing they could do. Cars are not my expertise and I didn’t choose a career in assisting people with their cars. I asked for a service and was passed by. Thanks

The only issue is how hard it is to talk to someone in service and have them call back. We left 3 nessages and not one message was retuened. it was super frustrating.
