I set an appointment for TPMS system error and you didn’t have the parts available to fix my car. Second time this has happened. Michael Mybservice advisor was great! None of this is his fault. You don’t have a bench stock of TPMS sensors in stock causing this repair to be two trips instead of one. Waste of my time.

Troy and Jeff were the saving grace that made a disaster experience turn out to be a job well done. We appreciate that they listened to our concerns, immediately knew they were valid, and then went above and beyond to address the concerns. Not only did they make it right, they went and did more. They modeled how businesses should handle these similar situations.

No help just always try to sell stuff that’s not even due! Also can’t say I’m super impressed with the odyssey. With all the rave reviews and such I was Excited about the odyssey... seems cheaply made in a lot of areas! Next mini van will be either Toyota or Chrysler!

Kevin was patient with my disliking being charge for the battery under warrantee passing the diagnostic and supported the work required. My wait was less than expected and he personally come to me to discuss the testing findings and further recommendations. Additionally he was able to honor price matching g with my Tire World oil change coupon for my specific vehicle. It was a pleasant wait and I was very satisfied at my experience.
