Alex was extraordinarily helpful and responsive. While I waited, she kept me informed of the work being done on my new CR-V. She explained that the work would probably take about 4 hours. Then, because of an available technician, the actual work took about an hour and a half. This was my first exposure to Freedom Honda, and from Alec to Alex, I have been very impressed and pleased with both the sales and service departments. I hope that I will be equally pleased with the finance team as they pursue the USAA buying service finance rate of 2.99%.

Work was done quickly and the car runs great.
Michael provided great customer service and Chris B was also very responsive and helpful in answering my questions.
Marty did nothing when I checked out - he did not review what was done, he did not cover any maintenance needs (Several red checks with no explanation), he handed me my Keys and said there you go. I waited for 2 hours even though I had made an appointment with no explanation. I paid $20 to have my tires rotated and could have been done for free at discount tire- I did it at freedom to save time but ended up sitting for 2 hours.
I have always enjoyed my visits to Freedom service center - we bring 4 cars there on a regular basis.
Alexandra is a breath of fresh air in the department.

I had an appointment I made online for service. When I arrived, I was told it would be 2 hours for an oil change even though the board said 60 minutes with an appointment. When I pointed that out to the service person he said "yeah, I don't care what it says, I'm telling you it's going to be at least 2 hours." I asked why, he said they had overbooked. That is ridiculous to have to wait 2 hours for an oil change.
Marty did a good job of meeting my needs
Had an appointment for 3:00, arrived at 2:30 didn’t get my vehicle back until 4:30. I had to constantly check with the service tech to get an update on my vehicle. Not satisfied with the customer service
