Alex did an outstanding job, friendly, helpful, clear and concise in her communication, and importantly effective. I was impressed with the contrast in the service I received from your employee in contrast to Mike Maroon Honda near where I live. Yes, I drove across town for better service. I have had a lot of work done at your dealership including the purchase of my truck. Today, after hearing them say it was the engine oil pump that was causing the leaks, I decided to stop coming to your dealership for service. They wanted to charge me $1300 for a repair that was not needed. The engine oil pump is not what was causing the leaks. I value honesty above all else. That was broke today. I found A Good Mechanic who is honest.
