This was all new to me a recall and your facility. The person that checked me in was a ****! I was thinking about someday purchasing a new Honda, but I changed my mind. Will shop elsewhere. Sorry. Oh just some advice customer service.
Wonderful experience and great service in a timely manner
Very disappointed about this whole experience. Was insulted and mocked upon dropping off my car. Marty said and I quote “is my technician going to hear the noice or is he going to have to drive around and around”. Was told about a possible TSB (technical service bulletin)and choose to ignore till asked about 4 days later. Very little communication, had to call for information on multiple days to get updates.
Daniel was great! He looked at my account and saw I had free oil changes left from when I purchased my vehicle, and even ensured I got new windshield wipers. He also looked up how many oil changes I had left, and when I needed to use them by. Service was quick and efficient. As always, the coffee is great. Thanks!

I think your people should take more of the Chik-filA service approach. I waited almost 10 minutes before someone addressed the fact that I was standing and waiting to be helped. Maybe a “Someone will be with you shortly” comment might make a person not feel invisible when there were 7 to 8 people working the desks in front of me. I am not just talking about the gentleman who helped me today either. He did end up being nice to work with, but we got off on the wrong foot because of how I felt.
Alexandra was great! She didn't try to upsell me and was understanding of my schedule. The techs also were great. Refilled my tires and reset the tire check light without me remembering to inform them. Time spent at the dealership was long considering I had made an appointment though.
Friendly, affordable and quick.
The service department was fantastic! I got everything that I needed and was taken care of by them. I was also looking for another vehicle while at the dealership and walked the lot without anyone making contact. I also went inside and saw at least five salespeople sitting by the front door. I asked questions about a vehicle to a young man with glasses and he couldn’t answer any questions about the two SUV’s I was asking about other than comparing the sizes, which is very obvious when I look at them. I may have purchased a new vehicle but since the sales staff wasn’t interested I will take my business elsewhere.
