I just don't understand why it took an hour and a half to get my vehicle I had an appointment at 4 p.m. didn't get out to 5:30 p.m. I took it just to get an oil change

I had a coolant leak that Nissan claimed was a rear main seal. Not even close, my coolant container had a crack and my fluids were not up to par as they claimed
Will not be returning to get work done

Very happy with service I receive at Pedder
No communication between customer service and service advisor. Car is not done yet! But , yesterday, customers service sent me a message that my car is ready for pick up. I returned the rental car and proceeded to Nissan to pick up my car only to find out that my car is torn apart still in the process of repair. This is disappointing! I’ve waisted my time and money for Uber rides. Please coordinate!
