The issue was not reaolved. The issue was that the gear shift gets stuck in Park. As I attempted to take my truck home, the shifter got stuck again. I had to play with it agian and again for about 15 minutes. Not good business. I woud like another vehicle/truck. If this is an issue within 1 week of purchase, It just makes me wonder what other issues will come up. I mentioned a constant squeak in the auspension syatem. That didnt get resolved either. No matter the explanation, the issues shall be reaolved but were not.
Jose is fantastic he is the best customer service associate at your facility I will only deal with him he always takes care of any problem that I have with my vehicle

I grew up with most of my family working at a Porsche dealership, so my expectations might be a little high. I have a vehicle with CVT transmission which has taken some getting use to. I was pleased with the service and the car seems to be running well. The price was higher than an independent mechanic. But when it comes to drive train, can't really take chances. I wish there was a dealer closer to my residence. Thanks Tony for a fair deal.
As always your service team did an amazing job fixing my car and Jose was very thorough and explaining to me everything about my car and what needed to be fixed and there was no pressure from him to get everything fixed today. He put everything that I needed to have done in the future on my receipt and I will be back to get the other things fixed when I have the money to do them.
