Danny was very straight forward in being honest about the length of time the service visit could take. Danny was one sharp young man with his explanations about the part that needed to be ordered & what would take place solving my car’s issue. Communication was not being delivered correctly. Never received an update or status while my vehicle was being serviced. Waited for 4 hours when I was told 2 hours.
Paul himself was most helpful, courteous & pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the carwash not being available -again-, the online appointment schedule inaccurate & a part I needed not being available indefinitely from Nissan.

Actually it was great service until pick up time when vehicle was done no one called me I had to call to see if it was ready only complaint
Car was waiting under canopy when I asked how much longer. I waited 1 hour past the estimated time of completion before I asked. Car was not washed. I assumed due to Covid19 policy car washes were longer a given.
I only picked up my nissan sentra and so far everything is ok at this piint
