Well the people were nice, but I had an extended warranty, that is good for another 2 years, and stated clearly on paperwork no deductible and you still charged $100 dollars, it's not about the price just the fact I spent all this extra money for my vehicle, and still getting charged. Makes no sense. Thank you

Just would like that reminder sticker for next service on the windshield. I've mentioned it before and it gets added than next visit it's missing. Not a big deal and the rest of the service was satisfactory. Just a preference of mine.

A lady on the desk, was very rude and act like a she don’t care for any guest, I had a appointment with her, I went there on time at 11:30 but all time she was on the cell phone, but on very next desk the gentlemen was very kind and polite, he gave me a very good service, I really appreciate him being kind.

Kevin the Pedder Nissan Service Advisor was 100% professional in all his duties throughout our initial conversation on the phone, scheduling the service appointment, explaining the issue with my vehicle, scheduling a date for repair, and vehicle drop off and pick up. He was very thorough in explaining the issue, what needed to be done to repair the issue, time of repair, and immediately contacted me when my vehicle was complete. I’ve always had a pleasant experience at Pedder Nissan when I have Kevin as my service advisor. Thank you for your assistance and professionalism! Adrian R
