Car had grease finger prints all over it
It took way to long to have the car serviced my appointment was 1:00 I got there @ 12:40 and I the car was not done until 3:15. I have never waited more than a hour for a car sevice. Customer service needs to be improved.
Barbara was very helpful and congenital. I had a GREAT experience.
Also, my previous experience with Tony was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL. I didn't have an appointment and he serviced my vehicle.

Fix my brakes!!! Since 1 week after I purchased the car from your dealership I have had brake problems. Every time I bring it in I am told something different, These are brand new brakes and rotors, that apparently have glazed. They have been making a horrible grinding and squeeking noise EVER SINCE I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP! Now I was told today they will continue to be this way until I replace the brakes and rotors! I think that YOU should replace my brakes and rotors, since this was apparently done incorrectly by your mechanics. Thank you Tammy C

The service today was not as good as in the past. The oil change came with tires rotated I don’t believe they rotated my tires I have no paperwork to show that they did. No one talk to me about my tires I do not see it on my receipt I am just disappointed.
Service was great as always! Paul is always so kind. My only complaint is that even with an appointment, it still took 2 hours for an oil change. I do however appreciate the complimentary car wash. But I also could have gone to a drive up oil change and it would have taken no more than 20 minutes.
