Keep people updated, I had to call myself 4 times on every other day to have an update. I was told car would be fixed in a couple of days, it wasn't, but the problem is I was not notified until I called. Bad communication.

Since I bought the Nissan Altima I've been having the same problem with the Transmission according to the paperwork (Customer service is excellent)

Service advisor was great and the technician who worked on my car found the problem when nobody else could. He was great . Keep these to guys on the payroll. Mater a fact they need a raise...!!!!!!!

Only one of the Service people wore masks. In this pandemic time we are in I find that appalling Even the person that signed us out didn’t have a mask . This shows me that you don’t care about your customers.
