It was a pleasure working with Jose Favela, he is very professional and thorough. He gave me a time when he would be done with the car and it was ready exactly when he said it would be.
Jeremy was a great guy and I appreciate him immensely. I just think speed of service is one of your faults at the dealership. I made an appointment a day prior, I came to the appointment and was quoted for an hour to an hour and a half for just an oil change. It took in total 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete the oil change. Time is valuable, and I don’t know how else to put it.

My appointment was for 9:00 am. I was told my car was ready at 11:08 am. At 11:23 am I was still waiting for my car to be available for pickup. As I waited the entire time I was there, I was not pleased with the time it took to get my oil change.

My Oil change to two and a half hours. I had an appointment. I ended up asking for corporates number. A man man gave me road side assistance. I’ll be changing my finance. I will ever get an oil change again from you guys
